To be able to stress quality ingredients like their locally ground beef and working with local artisans such as Maryland’s FireFly Farms was important to me as well. 43 Burger donates a portion of every sale to DC Central Kitchen, the nationally recognized non-profit combating hunger through job training. For Tom Wilson, creating 43 Burger was a way to engage hockey fans while giving back, and “return a bit of excitement to game day!”
